Meet Our Staff - Operations

Kelley E Drake - kelley.drake@peopleetc.net

Kelley Drake is a Senior Client Manager for People Etc  with a focus on Installations  and Assisted Living Facility Coordinator for People Etc.  Kelley acts as primary contact with the new clients with the set up and implementation for their payroll and accounting services.   She also is the Assisted Living Facility Coordinator insuring that all payroll processes for the facilities are done in a uniform manner and according to their company policies. 

Kelley brings with her over 19 years of payroll and customer service experience.  She has strong payroll and administrative knowledge as well as a high level of customer service.  Prior to People Etc., she worked for 10 years with a national leasing company.

Kelley heads up our new client installation and implementation.  She performs complex and confidential payroll and accounting functions and is responsible for all phases of payroll processing, special reporting, maintenance of multiple clients, and project management.

She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from Eastern Illinois University 1990.  Majoring in Human Resource Management and Administrative Information Systems.

Brandy Sperry - brandy.sperry@peopleetc.net

Brandy Sperry is a Senior Client Manager for People Etc.  She oversees the weekly onsite payroll process to insure that the Client needs are being met, and is also in charge of training new employees on the payroll process. 

She has over 18 years experience in payroll, customer service, and banking.  Prior to People Etc, she worked for 8 years for a national leasing company.   

Her duties consist of the training of new employees, coordination of the payroll process for Clients, payroll processing, and customer service. 

Julie Conzachi - julie.jennings@peopleetc.net

Julie is a Client Manager with People Etc. She joined People Etc in March 2006 and brought with her over 20 years of accounting and payroll experience.  

Ginny Osenga - ginny.osenga@peopleetc.net

Ginny joined Peope Etc. as a Client Manager in December of 2011, bringing with her over 42 years of accounting and payroll experience.

Kelly Kelly - kelly.mccarty@peopleetc.net

Kelly recently joined the People Etc staff in August, 2009 as an Administrative Assistant. In addition to her reception duties, Kelly coordinates the payroll processing and shipments for numerous companies. She also performs various administrative duties for the CEO and the Management team.  Kelly attended Kankakee Community College and Southern Illinois University . Prior to People Etc, she worked for an auto dealership in business development, internet sales , and administrative assistant duties. 

Sylvia Ninis - sylvia.ninis@peopleetc.net

Sylvia Ninis is the Tax Administrator for People Etc.  She is responsible for payroll tax deposits and quarter/year end reporting for People Etc clients. She assists and represents our clients with the government agencies covering payroll issues.

She has over 20 years of experience in programming and payroll accounting applications. For the past several years, she has been a computer programmer/analyst developing accounting and payroll applications for various companies in the Kankakee area.

Pam Irvin - pam.irvin@peopleetc.net

Pam Irvin recently joined People Etc as Assistant Tax Administrator in December of 2007 bringing with her 22 years of payroll and accounting experience.   

Pam is responsible for handling the weekly processing of payments for client payables and tax payments and reporting.  Assisting the Tax Administrator,  she is also responsible for the Federal Unemployment reporting as well as the Quarterly 941 Tax Liability reporting and payments.  Pam handles the client worker’s compensation audits, payroll check processing and support as well as Administrative tasks for the V.P. Operations.

Sandy Hamlyn - sandy.hamlyn@peopleetc.net

Sandy is the Accounting Systems Analyst for People Etc.  She has  over 23 years experience developing and enhancing the custom software that People Etc utilizes.  Her current duties include monitoring the system and data on a daily basis ensuring complete processing integrity.  Additional duties include cash flow analysis, bank reconciliation, accounts receivable, payables and purchasing.

Matt Marcukaitis - matt.marcukaitis@peopleetc.net

Matt Marcukaitis is the IT Systems Manager for People Etc.  He has more than 24 years experience in the IT industry with 21 years focused on payroll/HR application development.  His responsibilities include maintaining HP mainframe, PC network, Printers, internet, email, backup location, programming and WebClock Time and Attendance System.

Matt is a graduate of Bradley Bourbonnais Community High School and holds an Associates Degree in Business from KCC. 

Lisa McIntyre - lisa.mcintyre@peopleetc.net

Lisa joined the staff of People Etc. in March of 2009 as a Client Manager. She brings with her over 25 years of service in the transportation industry with a primary focus in payroll services and Human resources. 

Lisa’s responsibilities will include payroll and customer service for our clients.
